Plaque and tartar build up?

Does your dog have bad breath?

Inflamed and irritated gums?

Let us solve this problem and clean your dog's teeth for you...

We are proud to offer ultrasonic teeth cleaning for dogs and puppies! It is safe, motionless and gentle without the need of anesthesia.

Your dogs dental hygiene is very important. It is estimated that by the time they are 2 years old, 80% of dogs begin to show signs of oral disease. Until recently, the only option for teeth cleaning was to have them cleaned by the vet under anesthetic, which carries risks..

We use an Emmi Pet ultrasonic toothbrush and a specially formulated ultrasound toothpaste to reach deep below the gum line to kill germs and bacteria whilst cleaning the teeth and gums to prevent the build up of plaque and tartar. This specialist toothpaste reacts with the bristles to create ‘micro bubbles’ and these effectively eliminate plaque, food and bacteria particles from the dog’s mouth. This is all done with absolutely no noise, no movement and no brushing resulting in healthy oral hygiene and happy dogs!

Trial sessions are £25.

Teeth cleaning sessions are price dependent on the condition of the teeth and gums. We are happy to provide you with estimated costs over the phone or in person during their trial session.

Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning

Read below to find out our Teeth Cleaning Process for your pet...

Step 1: We will book in a Trial Session to ensure that ultrasonic teeth cleaning is suitable for your pet. This lasts for 20 minutes and will include;

  • A dental health consultation with photographs taken of your teeth and gums
  • We will begin the desentitisation process to the Emmi-Pet 2.0 toothbrush and specialist toothpaste.
  • We will learn how tolerable your pet is to having their teeth cleaned
  • We will learn how many sessions on average we may need to remove plaque or tartar build up and to achieve healthy teeth and gums
  • We will discuss all of this with you at the end of the trail

(If we find that ultrasonic teeth cleaning is not suitable for your pet due to their behaviour or the condition of their teeth, we will always discuss some solutions with you)

Step 2: Your pet will then be booked in for one or multiple teeth cleaning sessions

  • These sessions will last between 30 and 50 minutes
  • Our aim is to clean all the teeth and gums, creating a much healthier mouth
  • We will remove the tarter and plaque from the gum line
  • Their breath will become much more pleasant

Step 3: We will then schedule regular maintenance sessions

  • Once their mouth is clean and healthy, we will keep looking after your pet's teeth for you
  • We will book them in on a regular schedule, usually every 6 weeks or alongside their groom

“I’ve attempted to clean Molly’s teeth several times over the last 7 years but she always did a runner! So I was so relieved to hear that Molly was very well behaved and allowed Nissa to do a wonderful job today. Molly's teeth now look great! Very pleased with the results and her breath smells much better. I have no hesitation in recommending Nissa’s doggy teeth cleaning services and her grooming services as always. Thanks again 😊”
